Paper covered Aluminum magnet wire is used in oil-immersed transformer and other similar electrical coil windings.
Specifications :
Papers are applied with butt intercalation in the following manners :
*2 papers- double butt intercalation- advanced 40-60%.
*3 papers- triple butt intercalation-advance 28-38%.
Papers are lapped in the following manners :
*One paper applied with 47-49% overlap-equivalent to 2 papers.
* One paper applied with 64-66% overlap-equivalent to 3 papers.
*Two papers each applied in one of the above manners.
